On Sundays the restaurant ONLY serves brealfast. Still it is possibile to open up the restaurant for pre-ordered parties.

A la carte menu with large steaks
Enjoy a large matured steak at the Hotel Fredericia. The chef has developed a menu with focus on large juicy steaks that melt on your tongue. The beef comes from Black Angus cattle that have been reared on the grass plains near the Missouri River in Omaha also known as the corn belt in the USA. The NHTC (Non Hormone Treated Cattle) meat, cattle and pastures are not sprayed.
